Is this a dagger I see before me...

In Act Two of Macbeth, the murder of Duncan occurs.  So much is revealed about the true characters of Macbeth and Lady Macbeth in this act as they react to the murder of Duncan.  What do we learn of Macbeth through his words and actions in this situation?  of Lady Macbeth?  Which of these two characters are you finding most interesting? Why?  (The deadline to post a response to this question is midnight, Saturday, March 24, 2012.)

We find that Macbeth has gone mad and is losing it quicly. Lady Macbeth is really evil and has no remorse. She is also quick at lying. I find Lady Macbeth the most interesting because it takes a strong and powerful woman to be that evil and strong-minded.

Lady Macbeth is a manipilating women. Macbeth seems to be a good man if not for his wife. He did not really want to kill anyone but his evil wife pushed him. I am not sure which is more intersting. They both have alot going on.

Macbeth was once a nice innocent man. After killing Duncan he became insane and just started wanting to kill everyone one by one. Lady Macbeth to me is just a fake. She acts so nice and innocent in front of everyone, but is really an evil woman. The most interesting person to me would have to be Macbeth because he makes the story more interesting with all the killings he is doing and everything.
